Greta Morina, M.A., Esq.
Greta emigrated to the United States as a refugee in 1999 with her family from Kosovo. She has lived in the U.S. since and her and her family members are U.S. Citizens who went through the same process she now hopes to guide other immigrants through.
She graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri where she learned about the politics involved when it comes to immigration. She graduated with magna cum laude honors in her field and went on to obtain a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. This allowed her to further focus on immigration policy and functions of government regarding immigration law.
After college, Greta received a J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City where she studied immigration law and worked multiple jobs in the immigration field. While in law school, Greta interned for McCrummen Immigration Law Group’s Asylum Clinic that provided legal help to abandoned immigrant children for free. At this internship, Greta had the opportunity to work hands on with children of all different backgrounds and learned how to really explain the immigration process so the children could understand their rights and their situations better.
Continuing her legal experience, Greta worked in a boutique immigration firm in Mission, Kansas where she provided immigration help to clients from all over the world. Here, Greta worked with clients from the very beginning of their process until the end. This experienced provided Greta with the knowledge and expertise in working with clients and understanding their situations and what they required.
To better understand U.S. immigration, Greta received an internship with the Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office of the Principal Legal Advisor. While there, Greta prosecuted immigrant cases from the government perspective. This experience created a well-rounded expertise on the immigration system. Greta learned how the government views the immigrant system and what their legal arguments are to better provide counterarguments for her clients.
Niki Saulich
Niki Saulich is a dedicated attorney focusing her practice on family law and immigration law. She is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate complex legal matters with compassion, integrity, and personalized guidance.
Niki earned her undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in History, from Truman State University before obtaining her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law, where she concentrated her studies in family law and estate planning.
Niki began her legal career practicing family law with Stange Law Firm, where she gained valuable experience advocating for clients through sensitive family-related issues. Later, she partnered with a close friend and former law school classmate to create a firm dedicated to serving clients in both immigration and family law matters. Together, they are committed to providing accessible, effective, and compassionate legal representation for individuals and families across diverse backgrounds and circumstances.
Niki’s approach to the law is grounded in empathy, clear communication, and a strong belief in empowering her clients through every step of the legal process.
